No. You can ask about products and discuss options before applying for an account. Sending an inquiry starts a conversation; it does not place an order or reserve stock.

What information helps you prepare a quote?

Include product links or reference images, preferred sizes or pack options, approximate quantities and the destination country. If you have a planned delivery date, mention it so timing can be discussed.

How do I confirm quantities, availability and shipping?

Tell us what you would like to buy and where it will be delivered. Product availability, quantities, pricing and shipping need to be confirmed for your request before you decide to order. Browse our shipping information for general delivery guidance.

Can I ask about a stone or finish before ordering?

Yes. Send the product link and the material, size or finish you want to check. Stone colour, patterns and surface details can vary between pieces; use the individual product description and ask about any detail that matters to your selection.
